Chess Informant (also known by its Serbian name Šahovski Informator) is a publisher of chess books and periodicals based in Belgrade, Serbia.
Founded by Aleksandr Matanović and Milivoje Molerović in 1966, Chess Informant is one of the longest standing and most renowned chess publishers today. It has evolved to meet the standards of 21st century chess with software and e-versions of its publications, yet one thing has remained constant: it has been a reliable source of quality information on all things chess related since its founding.
